5. Payments and Transactions

7. Account Security

8. Content Ownership

• Users receive a limited, personal, non-transferable access license
• Reproduction, redistribution, or off-platform sharing is prohibited

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including for policy violations or legal risk.

10. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you during the twelve months preceding a claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WGSN Enterprises, LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses resulting from your use of the platform, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida.

You waive objections to venue and jurisdiction, including class-action participation to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Arbitration Clause

At our discretion, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida. Where arbitration applies, you waive jury trial rights.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions are recurring and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

After cancellation, access remains available until the current billing period ends.

17. Subscription Billing and Renewal

Subscription plans renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless canceled before the next renewal date. Renewal charges use your active payment method on file.

• Failed renewal attempts may trigger retries, temporary access limits, or suspension
• You are responsible for keeping billing credentials accurate and current
• Promotional terms may have separate eligibility and expiration conditions

18. Refunds, Chargebacks, and Billing Disputes

Except where required by law, completed transactions are final. If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support promptly so we can investigate before a formal dispute is initiated.

Improper or fraudulent chargeback activity may result in account restriction, content access revocation, and further enforcement actions.

19. Account Conduct and Communication Rules

You agree to use platform messaging, comments, and account features in a lawful and respectful manner. Harassment, coercion, impersonation, extortion, doxxing, or abusive conduct toward creators, staff, or users is strictly prohibited.

We may remove communications, limit functionality, or terminate accounts that violate safety standards or legal obligations.

20. Intellectual Property and Infringement Notices

Platform software, branding, layouts, and related assets are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, scraping, extraction, republication, or derivative use is prohibited.

Rights holders may submit infringement reports with sufficient evidence and contact details. We review notices in good faith and may remove or restrict challenged material.

21. Service Availability and Maintenance

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and security patches that temporarily affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Availability may also be impacted by external providers, payment networks, connectivity issues, cyber events, and regulatory actions outside our control.

22. Third-Party Services and Links

Our platforms may integrate third-party tools or link to external websites, including payment processors, customer support portals, analytics tools, or social channels.

We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, uptime, or content. We encourage you to review third-party policies directly.

23. Compliance with Laws and Trade Restrictions

You represent that your access and use comply with applicable local laws, including adult content restrictions, payment rules, and digital content regulations.

Access may be restricted where required by sanctions, export controls, legal directives, or risk management obligations.

24. Entire Agreement, Severability, and Waiver

These Terms, together with referenced policies, form the complete agreement between you and WGSN Enterprises, LLC regarding covered services.

If any provision is found unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of future enforcement rights.

25. Assignment, Force Majeure, and Notices

We may assign these Terms in connection with restructuring, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign rights or obligations without prior written consent.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages, natural disasters, cyber incidents, labor disputes, or government actions. Notices may be provided by email, platform message, or policy updates.
